Rise Above Group LLC respects the privacy of individuals and organizations that contact us through this website. This notice explains the information we receive through the site, how we use it, and the technology providers involved in operating and securing the website forms.
Information we collect
When you submit an RFQ, tender inquiry, due-diligence request or other business inquiry, we may collect the information you choose to provide, including your name, organization, country, business contact details, product or transaction requirements, commercial terms, and other information entered into the form.
The website and its service providers may also process limited technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as IP address, browser or device information, request logs and security signals.
How website forms are processed
The website is hosted on Netlify. Website form submissions are transmitted directly to a Google Apps Script web application, recorded in a Google Sheet used by Rise Above Group LLC, and used to generate a private email notification to the appropriate recipient. Netlify is used to host and deliver the website, but the current RFQ, tender and due-diligence forms are not stored through Netlify Forms.
Google services may process submitted information as necessary to provide Apps Script, Google Sheets and related email functionality.
Cloudflare Turnstile
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to help protect our forms from automated abuse and spam. Turnstile evaluates technical signals from the visitor’s browser and network to distinguish legitimate users from bots. A verification token is then checked by our form-processing system before a submission is accepted.

How we use information
We may use submitted information to respond to inquiries, evaluate RFQs and tenders, assess potential supplier or counterparty relationships, coordinate possible transactions, conduct appropriate due diligence, maintain business records, protect the website and comply with applicable legal or regulatory requirements.
When information may be shared
Information may be shared with service providers that support website hosting, form processing, email, security and document handling. Where reasonably necessary to evaluate or pursue a potential transaction, relevant business information may also be shared with prospective suppliers, logistics providers, inspection bodies, insurers, financial institutions, professional advisers or other transaction participants, subject to appropriate diligence and applicable confidentiality obligations.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to an inquiry, evaluate or administer a potential transaction, maintain appropriate business or compliance records, satisfy legal obligations, protect legitimate business interests or resolve disputes.
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures designed to protect information under our control. No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
International processing
Rise Above Group LLC is based in the United States. Information submitted from outside the United States may be processed or stored in the United States or in other jurisdictions where our service providers or relevant transaction participants operate.
